Pet friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I grew up in San Antonio and reside in the Stone Oak area. I am a full-time college student at UT Austin, however, because I am taking most classes online this year I am able to housekeep full-time as well. My schedule is very flexible; I am available at a moments notice 85% of the time for non previously scheduled services. I am adept to each homeowners individual needs and understand that something's are preferred to be done a certain way. Because of this communication is very important, as I will note preferences on the homeowners profile. I am open to any task, not just the chores listed, provided it is not on the No-Go list below. And lastly, have no past criminal history, am pet friendly, and provide my own transportation. HOW IT WORKS: I am very detail oriented in my cleanings. I provide quality service while being very efficient with my time and work nonstop. I do typically take an off-the-clock 30 minute break, if I work for more than 5 hours at a time. This break is not considered apart of the total hours worked. Total cost of services rendered is based on time spent, not square footage. I do have options for homeowners looking to get bang for their buck. With a contract, my hourly rates are lowered, and the more hours per week assigned, the lower the rate drops. I prefer homeowners sign a contract because this provides me with job security, but do give the homeowners a window within the first month to opt out of my services for any reason, whether they be unsatisfied, want to revise hours per week, any reason really. I am available on short demand. Communication of homeowners extensive expectations is to be communicated in the initial visit, as well as a walk through of the apartment/house. This may take 30 minutes, it may take an hour. The time spent on this area is dependent on the homeowner and how specific and meticulous they are in their guidelines. Assigned chores, although not mandatory, are expected to be written, texted, or emailed before or upon arrival in a list format, as to allow maximization of time devoted in household cleaning. If the owner wants to throw all these steps out the window, and just wants me to come and they'll guide me in what to do, that is fine, but just be aware, having clear instructions beforehand allows me to get more done for you. Lastly, I do send out confirmation texts/emails the day before scheduled cleaning. Owner may set up cleanings to be daily, weekly, bimonthly, monthly, or even annually. This is up to you. SAFETY CHECK: I understand that ones home is a very intimate place and I respect the privacy of the customer. For peace of mind, I consent to background checks, upon the homeowners request. PRICING: -$25 per hour (no contract) -With 6 month contract $100 for 5 hours weekly -With 6 month contract $150 for 8 hours weekly (30 min lunch break, not charged) -With 6 month contract $180 for 10 hours weekly (30 min lunch break, not charged) ** These hours can can be spread apart by day based on owner's request -$250 for 12 hour full day deep cleaning (Two 30 minute lunch breaks, not charged) ** 1st month is considered trial period and during this time contractual agreements may be abolished by homeowner if they choose to discontinue services** Includes: Gas cost is determined on an individual basis. I use iMaps to determine distance from my home to yours.
