Housekeeper Job in Chicago, Illinois

Looking for someone with sense of style and respect for themselves and work to help me keep our townhouse ship shape. Would like to keep closets organized and rotated for seasons, and overall clean and attractive. Active house, with 3 floors of carpeted stairs that need vacuuming and one tiled foyer on first floor. We are couple with one little boy, and one dog who is old and currently having incontinence problems. Over all: vacuuming, keeping wood and tile floor clean, changing and making beds, 2 1/2 baths kept clean. Want kitchen organization followed, I hate to look for things and help with organizing closets so we can find things there. Our last housekeeper moved back to Canada but was with us for over 10 years.
