Housekeeper Job in Gilbert, Arizona

My family and I in the market for someone to help keep our home clean and organized. We have 3 children 6, 4, and 16 months. We have had someone for the past 5 years cleaning and organizing for us but she is venturing on to other things. We are looking for someone who can organize, do laundry and overall general cleaning. I am awful at housework lol and am not afraid to admit it. I have my moments but I need some help. I'm looking for someone that wants to grow with our family and become part of it as our previous housekeeper has. We are very flexible with times and days as long as you don't mind us being here. :)
