Housekeeper Job in Bradenton, Florida

I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual who is able to undertake all housekeeping duties and follow a cleaning checklist for my vacation home in the Bradenton area on a community just off of SR70. The work is not regular as this will depend mainly on the rentals I get. Would you be interested, if so please send your contact details - telephone number and email address. Also can you provide an indication of cost per clean / hour - it’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom (one en-suite and one family bathroom) with a kitchen, living room, family room (acts as pool table and formal dining area) formal dining area, utility room and outside lanai area. Laundry and bed making duties would also be required as it’s vacation rental cleaning. Otherwise other duties would include: arrival ie. dust, mop, tidy, vacuum, make beds, clean bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen (incl. oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, countertops, check toaster, coffee maker and other kitchen appliances), living room, formal dining room, wash dirty bedding and towels and put away tidy. My friend who previously undertook the housekeeping took on average approximately 4 hours dependant on number of guests who we have occupying the home.
