Email: Current Work Experience Able to work any shifts: days, evening and nights and be willing to work weekends and holidays Able to walk and stand during entire shift Take trash and recycling containers to assigned dumpsters(often located outside of the building) Able to low dust all horizontal surfaces up to 70 inches, including sills, ledges, molding, shelves, picture frames, radiators Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees Clean, sanitize and polish all vitreous fixtures, including toilet bowls, urinals and hand basins Empty all containers(including sanitary containers) and disposals, insert liners, seat covers, cups Refill all dispensers to normal limits(napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, seat covers, cups Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare, cleaning solutions, according to specifications Clean and maintain bathrooms, hallways and offices, kitchen areas, shower facilities, locker rooms and lunchrooms Operated maintenance equipment, including vacuums, floor scrubbers and buffers Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Keep janitor closet and carts neat, clean and orderly. Will notify supervisor if repair or replacement is needed. Request replenishment of supplies as needed Following all safety rules to ensure safe practices, overtime rules, clocking into a building, vacation and absence/call out procedures Follow dress code, including safe and appropriate footwear Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine Sort and stack clean dishes, carried clean dishes to cooks line and other proper storage areas and rewashed soiled dishes before delivering Set-up or break down dishwashing area Clean and roll/unroll mats Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster Wiped up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry Assess guest issues and complaints for resolution Pass on requests and complaints to Housekeeping and maintenance and follow-up with guests Strip beds, remove soiled linen, and trash from guestrooms and take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner Check under beds and sofas for debris, clean bedroom/closet area, and make beds in the prescribed manner Vacuum, sweep and mop floors to ensure guest room areas, balconies and hallways are free from debris Report any missing/found articles, damage or maintenance problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor Receive assigned section, keys, supplies and any priority requests from the Housekeeping Supervisor Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests, managers and fellow associates Laundry: Remove and sort dirty linens and towels from laundry carts, wash and dry all dirty linens, towels, rags as directed by management, ability to operate washing machines and dryers Conducted inventory of stock on hand Employment History Bartender Old Coal Township, Pennsylvania 1996-1997...
