Housekeeper Job in Lake Arrowhead, California

We are looking for the right person to clean a small 1,100 foot cabin that is a vacation rental. When guests check out around 11am we estimate the time will take 4 hours until the next guests check in at 3pm. Cleaning includes vacuuming and mopping floors, taking out the trash, washing all the towels and sheets, making the beds for the guests beautifully as you would in an upscale hotel, dusting, windows, cleaning any appliances showing use, generally prepping for the next guests to arrive. We have a cleaning checklist for you. We need someone to clean 2-5 times a week depending on how many guests we book per week. Looking for someone dependable, fast, trustworthy with references, preferably a local but living down the mountain is ok too if you're willing to drive, and someone with initiative who is observant and can count inventory etc...
