Housekeeper Job in Leesburg, Virginia

A German family, with 5 kids ranging in ages from 10-17, is seeking a part-time housekeeper for their residential home. We’re looking for a person that can help us with cleaning and laundry. Incidentally we may ask you to prepare food (not cooking). And twice a week you’ll be picking up our youngest son from school (we provide car) and pick up groceries. Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must. We’re hoping to hire as soon as possible, but we could be flexible for the ideal candidate. We’ll be providing an attractive hourly rate and a long-term employment for the right person. Requirements • Ability to take constructive feedback and follow verbal directions in English language • Ability to work well alone • Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to the job • Excellent time management skills • Ability to meet the physical demands of cleaning • Maintaining all private and common shared spaces to the family's standards • General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning • Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate family needs • MUST have experience dealing with big dogs • Living within commutable distance – MUST have reliable transportation If interested and qualified, please respond to the email below, describing where and when you have worked in a similar setting.
