Housekeeper Job in Lubbock, Texas

I need someone willing to do the general and deep cleaning of our home. We have some very delicate glass that needs occasional dusting by someone who would treat it as their own. We also want the furniture vacuumed once a month behind the cushions and leather wiped down. I have a hairy golden retriever that is a major part of our family, so no complaining about dog hair :) The stovetop has to be cleaned everytime. I want everything dusted and vacuumed, as well as the granite countertops cleaned and shining. We have mostly tile floors which require sweeping and mopping. The screened in porch is a vital living area that needs to be WELL cleaned each time unless the weather is horrible! My husband spends a lot of time out there and we also entertain quite a bit. I may need additional help if entertaining is on the calendar. I like the windows ( sills swept out ) 3x a year. The windows downstairs need to be looked after regularly. Maintenance is important so I would like the baseboards and air vents cleaned. The regular stuff is pretty basic.... bathrooms, kitchen, bed linen changed, dusting, vacuuming. I need someone long term, not just who wants to do this while finishing education.
