Housekeeper Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

Hello, I am interested in finding an experienced housekeeper for my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation condo in Winchester, NV. I'm looking to hire within the next few months but would like to get someone lined up now for the job. The type of services required includes cleaning the entrance of the unit, kitchen/dining area, living room, both bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the balcony area. Services required also include but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wall and baseboard cleaning (as needed), dish washing, fridge, stove and microwave cleaning, laundry (rugs, curtains, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linens) interior window and window sill cleaning (as needed), mirror cleaning, garbage removal, sanitizing door and faucet handles and placing out provided supplies (toilet paper, soap, snacks, etc.) in between guests. If supplies are getting low, I would like that to be communicated to me so I can restock in a timely fashion. If there are damages in the unit from a guest I would like that to be communicated to me as well please. I'm looking for someone that is quick but does a very nice job leaving everything clean and smelling fresh; on time to get the job done after guests leave and before next guests arrive. I need someone honest and trustworthy, consistent and very thorough, follows instructions, communicates well and is very responsive. Must have your own, reliable transportation. If you have your own equipment and supplies that would be a plus. Must be willing to accept electronic forms of payment. Also must have valid ID as it will be requested upon entering the gated community. Please contact me if you are interested!
