If you answered "yes" to the above questions, this may be the gig for you so keep reading... We are a five star property. We provide five star service, features and amenities. Our goal is to provide a consistent experience for each and every person. We are looking for a five star housekeeper. Most housekeepers provide services to their clients on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule but this gig requires someone who can adjust to our needs quickly in case of last minute bookings, however, you will be given access to the booking calendar so you'll always know when the property needs cleaned. DO YOU HAVE AN EYE FOR DETAILS? I need someone who is meticulous about their work but quick; someone who can clean and prep a two bedroom / two bathroom loft in downtown Nashville as good as the staff of a 5 star hotel, each and every time someone checks out. This includes restocking supplies as well as laundry to be done offsite. On days we have someone checking in and out on the same day, you must be able to turn the loft in less than 3 hours. Typically guests check out at 11AM and new guests arrive at 3PM. That's best-case-scenario. The reality is that people are late checking out and early checking in all the time. Complete walk through and inventory check Report any damaged or missing items Sweep/Vacuum and steam mop all floors Dust/Windex/Clean all surfaces Straighten everything Clean toilets, bathtubs, sinks, counters Polish/Shine all fixtures Dust blinds Wipe down all appliances, inside and out (stove, fridge, microwave, wine fridge, oven) Empty all trash Restock toilet paper, paper towels, guest amenities, coffee, snack & beverage station Change out all linens, towels, bedding Wipe down leather furniture Set mood for next guest by properly dimming lights, adjusting shades and starting music Take soiled laundry with you to wash/dry and return next visit To get a better idea of the space, please visit where you'll find a complete video walkthrough. Please note: the loft is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, however, the dryer is ventless and takes way too long to launder the linens. In order to take this contract, you will need to take laundry home with you and rotate everything out with each cleaning. We are looking for things to be done a certain way. This means towels have to be hung a certain way, amenities placed precisely, etc. - very similar to the way a hotel expects every room to look the same. HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID? I pay on two different scales, depending on how much responsibility you want to take on. Level 1 Housekeeping Only $ 65.00 per cleaning to start (trial period) $ 85.00 per cleaning after 1 month / 10 perfect cleanings Level 2 Housekeeping, guest check-in, available for guest lockouts, lost keys or emergencies $100.00 per cleaning after 2 months / 20 perfect cleanings $125.00 per cleaning after 3 months / 30 perfect cleanings I'M INTERESTED!
