I am retired on a fixed income with various health problems. Have a 4,000 sq. ft. home. Two bedrooms, two baths, living room, den and kitchen. I would NOT require services such as changing beds, laundry, dishes. Only the basic sweeping, vacuuming, sometimes blinds and windows and ALWAYS dusting furniture.

Family with children 50% of the time. Home is kept clean and for the most part uncluttered (we do have children:)). No pets in the house. Concrete floors.
