We're a small family renting our home in Sebastopol. We need a cleaner who has experience doing vacation rental cleaning, and/or has the flexible schedule and skills to clean our home, inspect for damage after each renting, and keep track of our cleaning and home supplies.

4 bedrooms (one is office,) small den, 3 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining. Dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, kitchen, mop, change sheets(2 beds), basic cleaning. Wipe down blinds w/dustet. Approx 3k sq ft. Last person spent approx 4 hrs & charged $75/visit - she's left to have baby. One time per month. Please send information on days avail, cost & general job services.
