Housekeeping Jobs including Trash in Lynnwood, Washington

We recently moved to Lynnwood and need help clearing out our garage. Most of the job is breaking down about 30-40 cardboard boxes from our move and taking them to the dump. Will provide gas and dump funds in addition to hourly rate. Pay negotiable.

Need a housekeeper for 2 Brm Condo and laundry. Not complicated. Light housework and laundry. The work isn't the same each time and not hard to do.

Looking for a reliable, hard working cleaner for my cleaning service. Must have a car, valid license and will pass a background check. Competitive wages, some travel and gas pay. Also looking for someone who can work as a fill in.

I'm not super demanding, I just need someone to do a good clean every other week. 3bed/2 bath. All floors are vinyl or laminate except stairs. Wipe down kitchen, possibly do some dishes, wipe down laundry room, sweep and mop all hard surface floors, vacuum carpet, dust, thoroughly clean bathrooms. It takes me less than 4 hours, and I'm slow. No indoor pets.
