Housekeeping Jobs including Laundry in Lakewood, Washington

I am looking for someone to regularly clean our 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1100 sqft home. I do have 2 non-shedding dogs. Depending on price it would be every 2 weeks or once a month. My home is neat and regularly gets wiped down but I'm looking for someone to do the deep cleaning/scrubbing.

I am a senior with an 80 lb Golden Doodle who thinks he runs the house. Looking for maid services cleaning and house sitting on occasion. Home is 2000 sq ft with a 1000 sq ft deck that has an out door kitchen. There is a lot of stainless in and out The home has a combination of 1000 sq ft of tile and the rest in carpet. I'm looking for someone to come in on a weekly basis on a Thursday or Friday to sweep and mop hard floors, as well as vacuum all floors, clean bathrooms, and complete laundry for my wife and kids. The house is on Fort Lewis, so ideally if someone has a relative living with them on base that is interested is our ideal candidate.
