I would like to hire someone who can help with cleaning our house on weekly or bi-weekly basis. The main job duties are cleaning the bathrooms, genral room cleaning, mopping floors, vacumm, dusting, organizing and laundry.

I am looking for an honest, hardworking individual to clean our house once a week. We are a family of 4 with a cat and a dog. Pet hair is a definite problem for us. lol. I've hired cleaning services before, but found that the quality of their work quickly diminished, so I'm looking for someone who works hard every time.
