Housekeeping Jobs including Bathroom and Trash in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Hello, I am seeking to establish and maintain a relationship with someone who can repeatedly follow up the stay off each of our guests at our 4bd 3bth hone in East Highlands Ranch near Quebec and Lincoln. Laundry will be required of bed linens, kitchen and bathroom towels. Dusting, vacuuming, mirrors and general cleaning preparing for the next guest.

I would like someone to visit for 2-3 hours weekly to clean any dirty dishes that are left, put away clean laundry, take out trash, scoop the cat's litter box/clean area around it and wipe down the kitchen area. Also clean the master bath every other week.

First time initial cleaning needed, including baseboards, shutters, doors and door frames. After initial cleaning, then bi-weekly cleaning of bathrooms, floors, vacuuming upstairs and down, dusting, counter tops, appliances, change bedding, no laundry needed.
