My current house keeper is out having a baby. Baby is NICU so this may be 2-4 month job. I currently pay $100.00 (includes tip) and have my house cleaned every other week. House is large - but it doesn't normally get real dirty. 1 bedroom and one bath are rarely used. Laundry portion is usually just the sheets and maybe 1-2 more loads while you are cleaning.
