Susan has always done anything that I have asked her to and gone above and beyond for us. She has great communication and always wants to make sure she does what we want. She is eager to learn the way you want things done in your home and do that for you every single time. She has helped not only with normal cleaning duties, but with laundry, pets, packing boxes for our move, connecting me with someone to get my vacuum fixed, helping me get organized in my home, and so much more. She has been beyond helpful to me.
