I clean houses and would love to come clean your home as well. The things I clean and my rates are listed below. I'm okay with animals (so long as they don't bite more than twice per visit) I do smoke, but will not smoke on your property or during my working hours. My rates range between $10 - $20 an hour. I'm comfortable negotiating this with the homeowner, but please bear in mind that I do have to pay taxes and replenish any cleaning supplies that I use. That being said, I do use my own cleaning supplies, but am happy to use those that customers supply, because I do understand the need for specific furniture, carpets, and floors to be treated in a specific manner so as not to damage them with harsh solvents. Availability: 7 days a week Hours 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight) . What I clean: (When specified) . Bathrooms; shower, sink, toilet, bathtub, Jacuzzi, sauna, floors, mirrors. . Living area; Floors, windows, dusting, vacuuming, scotch guard, furniture polishing, light fixtures, animal leavings. . Kitchen; Sweep/ mop floors, counters, dishes, cabinets, fridge, oven and range, trash removal. . Bedrooms; Are cleaned like living rooms, will also change out linen. . Attics;(not crawl spaces) organization, dusting if desired, storing and removing items from storage. . Basements; Organizing, dusting if desired, trash removal, cleaning of carpets and/ or hardwood if present, general sweeping of concreted areas. Garages; I clean the same as Basements. . Out buildings; I clean the same as Basements. Pool area; Will pick up and straighten up the pool area and clean the pool with home owners equipment.
