Housekeeper Job in Olympia, Washington

Hi, I have some homes that have newer rooms available, some have acreage/acres for individuals or families. Will partially and appropriately barter for housekeeping/assistant services, or a nice washer/dryer, fridge, woodstove, furniture, electronics, vehicles and other useful things, what do u have? no pets please though I may be open to appropriate situations if they are contained and/or CLEAN. Will do month to month/Trial for services, or other leases. Prices will vary and depend on space & amount of people sharing. We can appropriately accommodate most situations.
