I use to be a personal caregiver i took care of a 60 yr old lady 24 hr a day for 2 yrs.I prepared and feed and went grocery shopping.Helped her get up and walk to bathroom.I also help her with her meds.I cleaned her house and did her laundry.Also for the last 6 months (June- dec.)2016 i cleaned out apt. and appliances at cape cod apts. on lake mead and lamb.
