i'll do house cleaning, babysitting (ages 3-14 please), pet sitting, yard work, and house sitting. All clients are obligated for a face to face meeting/interview on the services offered. This is so that i can get to know you as a client, discuss payment arrangements and any other details, and to assure you my work is honest if you're at all uneasy. House Cleaning (Assuming I am cleaning all rooms): I will work fairly with clients, so im not charging $50 just to pick up trash and whipe a counter in one room. one bedroom apartment - $150 two bedroom apartment - $200 large apartment/duplex - $300 Small Single Family Home - $300 three bedroom house - $400 four bedrom house - $450 an extra $40 to use/get my/new product (paid weekly) For any other arrangments to clean, example; one time before an event, then contact me and we can arrange an agreeable charge. Babysitting: $15 an hour $50 over nights/per night $100 for a full weekend (paid daily) Pet Sitting: $7 an hour $25 over night/per night $50 weekends (paid daily) Yard Work: (to be determined due to size of yard and amount of labor) House Sitting: $100 a night/per night and all extra expense i.e. bills, pet supplies, etc. (paid up front in full) i only accept cash, so, please do not offer me any checks or money orders.
