House cleaning/organizing

Residential, office and construction cleanup One time deep cleaning - $22hr Maintenance $20hr - weekly or biweekly. Construction & move in/outs - $20hr includes but not limited to: Kitchen: organize if needed, wiping counters,appliances and cabinets,sweeping & mopping dishes. Bathroom: wiping down everything, scrubbing bathtub, shower and toilet,sweeping and mopping. All other rooms: sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe everything down.make/change beds if needed or requested. Deep clean: all the above plus includes wiping baseboards walls and fixtures Also will do Holiday/special occasion set up and clean up. Starting at $50 per occasion.
