I have been in Venice Florida 5 years, 2 of them at the Island House Motel and apartments on Casey Key as well as surrounding homes in the area. I have experience in elderly clients due to my family owning and old folks home in Rhode Island where I grew up. Deep cleans as well for opening and closing homes. Storage units, garages, cleaned organized and unwanted stuff taking away, whether disposed, sold or donated to your favorite charities. Safe products used around pets, children and elderly. I also caretake properties while folks are away, getting them open and cleaned when they visit, including groceries if needed before they get here. I am a healthy person and can move up to 50lbs. I also come from a military backround, father was a Navy Chief so I learned to be impeccable in my work ethics. Flexible with schedules but no Sundays unless necessary.
