I am looking for houses that need to be cleaned for some extra cash! I will provide the supplies. Pricing may vary depending upon the size of the house, as well as time and services required. I have a flat rate of $100 but am willing to negotiate depending upon these factors. Work includes but is not limited to: Common areas, Office areas, restrooms, and conference rooms. •Dust office furniture, door frames and widow sills. •Properly position furniture. •Spot clean doors, door frames and walls. •Empty trash cans and take trash to design area. •Clean and sanitize sinks and counter tops. •Dust wall fixtures and baseboards. •Sweep, vacuum, and mop.
