House Cleaner Between Rentals

This is a new four season property we will be renting out. It has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a full basement. Approximately 2400 SF. We will be renting out the property on a weekly basis and for a minimum of 3 day weekends the rest of the year. General house cleaning is needed between rentals including cleaning floors, counters, bathrooms, vacumning, laundry of sheets and towels ( there is a new washer and dryer on site), general cleaning and tidying, removal of all garbage on site (should be minimal as tenants are to remove any of their waste or that will come out of their deposit). Overall the goal is to have the house ready for the next guest with fresh linens, clean rooms and dishes all away. In the winter, the driveway will be cleared and a path will be cleared to the front door.
