Housekeeper Job in Adrian, Pennsylvania

IT professional working downtown needs a house cleaner to do general house cleaning upkeep for 3 bedroom town house condo. I am the sole occupant and no pets so once an overall clean is done, general upkeep should be minimal. Used to use a maid service but unfortunately they went out of business so trying a different approach. Would rather pay an individual then a corporation for obvious reasons, maids did all the hard work but did not necessary see most of the money. 3 bedrooms of which one is converted to an office (3 floors, upstairs constitutes the Master bedroom, with ensuite and shower and Jacuzzi tub (seldom used). Middle floor has 2 bedrooms and additional bathroom with shower (seldom used). Main floor is Kitchen and Living Room, maybe 1300 sq ft all total. Stairs to the laundry room but no basement cleaning required. Rates Negotiable based on quality of service and frequency. Schedule flexible and once trust is established can leave cleaner the key and they can clean on their own schedule.
