We are a family owned and operated business and we do not have any employees besides My mother and myself. We have broke down our Services into 2 categories Deep/Detailed Cleaning and our Basic/Normal Cleaning Which is most popular. Most clients wanting a detailed deep clean are vacating a property or planning to move into the property. We also offer our services to those who may not need all of whet either clean includes which Is okay and when the time comes we can sit and find the right fit for your house cleaning needs. BASIC /NORMAL Cleaning includes: $100-$125 • Bathrooms ( toilets, shower/bath, mirrors, surfaces, & floors) • Kitchen ( surface wipe down, microwave , sweep & mop floors • floors ( vacuuming carpet floor, sweeping wood or tile floor, moping all wood and tile floor • Tidy of bed linen ( make up beds does not include washing or drying laundry • trash removal Detailed/Deep Cleaning Starting rate is :$150 up to $250 (pricing varies with each home) Detailed/Deep cleaning includes: $150-$250 • Thorough cleaning and polishing of kitchen cabinets (inside and out) • wipe down all and every surface in the kitchen including the appliances • thorough cleaning of the refrigerator (INSIDE & OUTSIDE $7 additional Charge) • Windex all windows (inside & outside Flat fee $10 which NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE ARE APPLIED) • spot check and wipe All light switches, face plates, & baseboards • Ceiling fan and basic surfaces including blinds •Laundry: (wash/Dry/fold) $7 per load **** I don't mind pet messes but I limit myself due to my allergy to cats. Everything is subject to negotiation **Homes exceeding a single family home outline & OR are needing or wanting specific services I ask you to do a video message to provide the most accurate Estimate without you having to leave the comfort of you own home When inquiring about Certain services please be as detailed as you can be. Including any allergies to any chemicals. HOWEVER I DO NOT use bleach unless by special request ***Payment due at the time of service the only forms of payment that I currently accept is cash or check. I prefer to not take a check on the initial cleaning for my own personal reasons. My hope is to establish a firm strong relationship with my clients that they keep coming back for years to come.
