Housekeeper Job in Pompano Beach, Florida

Please READ ENTIRE POST before applying. This position will interview and start immediately after the stay at home order but going to do phone interviews now. I need someone to work permanent part time 2 days a week. This person will run errands on Thursday and clean my apartment on Friday. The hours are all day about 9 to 7 on Thursday, and 9 to 5 Friday. I do not put a time limit just give a list so time could be a little longer. I want things done correct without pushing to get it done in a certain amount of time. So if it takes a little more time that is fine. Basically the job is doing everything I do not have the time to do. I have bad legs and cannot do a lot of things. Here are some of the things: go to grocery store, help me with odds and ends of my business (I work out of my home), go to the bank, pick up things from clients etc. I am in the advertising business and need someone to do as I said things I do not have time to do or cannot do. Also one thing I am very very OCD. So if you can;t handle that please do not apply. Also please read this again it is just as much cleaning as person Friday. Here are the requirements 1. must speak and be able to write and read English 2. must live near or close to East Pompano Beach please READ THIS AGAIN 3. must have a car ( I give a gas allowance for work done for me) 4. must have references that can be checked and I will be running a background check 5. prefer someone with no small children Salary will be $14 per hour to start with a raise within 90 days. I do not take out taxes but do give a 1099. The girl I have working for was with me over 15 years and moved away & the new person I hired did not work out which is why the job is available. I do not want to field phone calls for those that do not meet my requirements.
