Hi! My name is Kelsey and I am a second year student at Carleton University looking to become a high school teacher. I am young, but I have a lot of experience with children. Growing up, I was the oldest of four children as well as the oldest of many other grandchildren. I have spent a lot of time around children, especially those under the age of six. I enjoy watching them grow up and playing with them. While I want to be an English teacher, I want even more to be a mom some day. I will appreciate and opportunities and challenges I am handed and I will have fun with them! I have been doing chores for my parents since I was about 13-years-old. I like for things to be neat, tidy, and organized. Growing up, it was my responsibility to clean up after myself, and I've become very good at cleaning up after others as well.
