Hello, I'm Melissa and I am 18 years old. I get along well with people, I am a huge people person but I especially like working with kids. I have a lot of experience with kids as well as cleaning. I have been responsible for 2-5 kids daily as of right now. I feel as though I am very comfortable in managing child conflict in a responsible and appropriate manner if necessary.
