Having not only organised and managed a busy household for many years, but also run a four star Bed & Breakfast and tea-room, my standards for cleanliness, hygiene, organisation and general Housekeeping are very high. The duties I have undertaken include all those listed as well as care of antique furniture, bed-making, ironing, menu-planning and meal preparation. I originally trained at a 4* hotel in the English Lake District.
