Sara M has been cleaning my two apartments for 10 years. She is thorough and gets down on her hands and knees to do the floors.Not sure what other people do, but I provide all the cleaning products as I like certain ones. She is great with 'spring cleanings' - taking down curtains, washing slip covers, washing windows, etc. If something isn't done to your satisfaction, you can tell her and she will go back the next time and complete it. If her her schedule allows, she can even come at the last minute. I definitely would recommend her!
