Housekeeper Job in Long Beach, California

We are a rapidly growing residential home cleaning company servicing South Bay, LB, OC, LA and surrounding cities. We need a friendly, reliable, detail oriented house cleaner to join our team and help expand our company. Our jobs are in Long Beach, Carson, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Costa Mesa, Orange, Santa Ana, Anaheim and surrounding OC/LA cities. Paid training for the right person. It is preferred you have your own vehicle. We are looking for someone who can work part-time 3-5 days a week. You will usually work in teams of 2 possibly 3 at each job (unless a small job). You will average working 1-2 jobs on the days you work. As we continue to grow, we will be looking to transition a few employees to full-time that could lead to management positions. You may be starting off with as much as 15 hours per week as we keep growing into LB/OC/LA.

Seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, performs further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
Disposal of trash from bins and containers
Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy
Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job
