FYI...hehehh..Approx. 10 years ago when I was living in a beautiful Apartment on the East Side; The Apartment Manager, whom was also my neighbor; Called me @ work in a frantic!!!.....I said; MS.Gunther; take a deep breath; then she proceeded to tell me that the "SHOW RENTAL" had a Major Water Leak and the Apt. was ruined at least for a week or so, she said; until she could call the Carpet/Shampooer/Clean-up PEOPLE'S! She was so worried about the whole entire week of PROPERTY SHOWING'S that already had been scheduled???...What to do???....Well..... **She already knew how I kept my apartment...But what about ALL THE SHOWING'S??....SOLVED IT! TELL YA....... 1-She called all the appoint'menters and gave them a RESCHEDULE TIME for there same Day, keep in mind!! 2-She already had a Key to my Apartment. 3-hehehhe...She even knew I vacuumed my way out of the front door EVERY AM. before I left for work. How??....Because the Vac. Closet was right behind the front door! 4-She knew there would be NO DISHES IN THE SINK, NO CRAPOLA ON ANY FLOORS, NO SCRUFFY LOOKING STUFF IN THE REFRIG. OR FREEZER.
