Make ready checklist I will provide cleaning gear • Vacuum • Cleaner • Mop • Bucket • Rags Pictures of before and after upon request Checklist 1. Change locks 2. Check smoke detectors 3. Spray and clean inside oven 4. Check inside every cupboard, drawer, shelf, appliance, and wipe as needed 5. Check inside fridge, freezer and clean 6. Spackle all holes 7. Paint touch ups 8. Check blinds for dust and damage 9. Clean light fixtures 10. Clean ceiling fans 11. Shampoo Carpets (extra $25) 12. Caulk tub if needed (extra $25) 13. Clean kitchen and behind all appliances 14. Mow yard, extra pay, depends on yard 15. Remove all trash or anything left behind 16. Clean all counter tops (whole house) 17. Sweep and mop, remove dust (cobwebs) 18. Change AC filter and leave new one for tenant 19. Return unused supplies and old locks with keys and a set of the new keys to landlord 20. Collect pay and write receipt/invoice, report any damage Minimum $80, to clean and change locks If cleaning requires more than 4 hours, $15 an hour If additional supplies are needed I can purchase them and be reimbursing upon bringing you the receipt (communication before purchase).
