Housekeeper Job in Mississauga, Ontario

POSITION: Service Associate – Full-time DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping LOCATION: Oakville, Mississauga & Milton HOURS: Currently Days 8 hour shifts. QUALIFICATIONS: – Grade 12 or equivalent an asset – Ability to read, write and speak English – Excellent communication skills – One (1) year housekeeping/cleaning experience, preferably in Residential Environment – Ability to be standing/walking for extended periods of time – Ability to perform repetitive activities such as lifting (up to 42 lbs, 8-16 KG), reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, walking and occasionally climbing ladders as required – Ability to work in a fast paced environment – Responsible for removing waste into designated areas – Ability to process information, organize and prioritize tasks – Ability to work without direct supervision at times in a team environment – This position includes project work, carpet cleaning and waxing of core areas – Knowledge of all basic machines used in the Housekeeping department – Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record required – Valid form of transportation required – Will be required to travel between and all work sites – Other duties as assigned JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the Uber Cleaning Housekeeping team, the Service Associate is primarily responsible for providing a clean and safe environment for our residential and commercial clients.
