Housekeeper Job in Farmington, Maine

We are looking for a cheerful, responsible, and reliable person to help our disabled brother. The job involves going to his apartment reliably at the same time each week to work for roughly 2 hours. The caregiver will clean the kitchen, bathroom, floors, dust, straighten up, and do a load of laundry. The caregiver should have reliable transportation because he or she will take trash to the dump and returnables to the redemption center. Each visit the caregiver will visit with our brother and make sure he has gone through his mail. The caregiver should have a smart phone to upload photos and notes after each visit to a folder shared with us. Other duties will be discussed. Payment is $50 per week. A bonus of $200 will be given at the end on one year, based on meeting criteria agreed upon in advance. As a way to reward long-term commitment, the bonus will increase each year.
