Housekeeper in Brick, New Jersey

I am a college educated female with 10 years experience in housekeeping. I am happily married with two adult children. I am responsible, trustworthy and pay attention to details. I always clean a house from top to bottom immaculately. No job is too big or too small. I offer cleaning on a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly basis. I charge an hourly competitive rate of $25.00 per hour. All rooms will be straightened before cleaning begins. I want to detail the procedures that will be followed during each cleaning. Kitchen • Kitchen ceiling cleaned (dusted, wall stains removed, ceiling fixtures and fans cleaned) • Kitchen cabinets cleaned and polished • All surface areas (countertops, appliances) cleaned and disinfected • Sink scrubbed and disinfected • Items cleaned in kitchen each visit include microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, can opener and oven top • Window sills cleaned monthly • All glass and mirrors cleaned • Floors vacuumed and washed on hands and knees each visit (no mops are ever used) • Additional cleaning of contents of refrigerator and oven, available upon request at the hourly rate Bathrooms • Bathroom ceilings, fixtures and ceiling fans cleaned; wall stains removed • Shower scrubbed, cleaned and dried. Glass doors cleaned with detergent and glass cleaner • Vanity cleaned, wood surfaces polished • Toilet scrubbed, cleaned and disinfected • All glass and mirrors cleaned with glass cleaner • Window sills cleaned monthly • Floors vacuumed and scrubbed. Floor mats cleaned and replaced on dry floors Bedrooms • Ceiling, ceiling fixtures and wall spots cleaned • Bed linens changed if desired • All surfaces (Bed posts, dressers, book shelves etc.) cleaned and polished • Woodwork cleaned on each visit and polished monthly if applicable • Mirrors and glass cleaned with glass cleaner • Rugs and floors vacuumed. Wood floors and linoleum washed on hands and knees Living Room/Family Room/ Dining Room • Ceiling, fixtures, ceiling fans, wall spots cleaned • All surfaces (tables, chairs, wall units, television, computer, book shelves, etc.) cleaned and polished; items on surfaces cleaned • All mirrors and glass cleaned with glass cleaner • Woodwork cleaned and polished, if applicable, monthly • Upholstery vacuumed • All ground surfaces vacuumed and cleaned with appropriate cleaner on hands and knees • Windowsills cleaned monthly Laundry Room • Appliances cleaned on top, sides and within • Floors vacuumed and cleaned on hands and knees • Ceilings, ceiling fixtures cleaned Porch Areas • Inside porches maintained from top to bottom on every visit • Outside porch area: Ceilings dusted, furniture cleaned, ground area swept, and front and back doors cleaned and glass polished. Additional Cleaning • Any other cleaning will be done upon request for an additional hourly rate such as garages, windows inside and out, laundry, closet cleaning, oven cleaning, etc. I hope that I have shown you what you can expect from me. I work quickly and thoroughly. I take no breaks and will complete the job in the estimated time. You will be so happy with the results! I had clients for over 10 years, and had I not returned to teaching for the past 8 years I would have them still. I know we can establish a good working relationship together.
