Hi there my name is Michelle. I have done everything in the house cleaning business from manager, sales rep, quality control Inspector to lead trainer. I have cleaned for corporations, Franchises, apartment complexes, hotels, and private homeowners. But what I really love to do is residential house cleaning. I can do weekly, biweekly, one time cleaning, and move out cleanings..... rates depend on the frequency of the cleaning but I can be negotiable. When I clean a home I am very detailed. I start with ceiling fans or light fixtures and everything in between down to hand wiping baseboards. I can do a whole house or only specific rooms based on your needs. I can do bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, dining rooms, Florida rooms, laundry rooms and more. I can clean inside of oven and refrigerators upon request. I clean inside and outside of sliding doors every time as well as clean out the tracks. I can clean inside of windows but outside windows are weather permitting. Usually anything above 80 degrees is too hot. I do provide my own transportation and I do bring basic cleaning supplies with me. Any special cleaning products need to be provided by homeowner. I can change bed linens, wash dry or fold laundry as well as ironing. Our first initial meeting will be a walk thru of your home so we can discuss what rooms you want cleaned, what chemicals you use, the frequency of cleaning you require, giving you a quote for the cleaning, and meeting any family members you may have, including pets.
