I specialized in empty rental cleaning and sanitizing. I had decided that even though I had some Clients in occupied homes, that getting contracts with some of the larger apartment complexes would help keep business steady. I did from basic housekeeping to deep cleaning in occupied homes on a regular schedule. This involved clutter clean up, washing dishes, dusting, vacuuming, windows, laundry, cleaning tubs, showers, toilets, counters and cabinets. For the rental cleaning and sanitizing it clean everything (did not shampoo carpets), and sanitized kitchen area and bathrooms. This included any appliances in the unit. Not long after getting 2 cleaning contracts from 2 different apartment complexes, I had to hire and train Employees. I was able to provide employment for others. I also was able to save the clients time and money by being on time, efficient, knowledgeable in the best and proper use of products and tools. So much so that many appliances they normally would have disposed of due to buildup, I was able to make it clean, sanitary, and safe to use in no more time that it would have taken to do the regular cleaning of it to start with. .The capability to schedule tasks for the jobs in process, the skills to assess the best way to get the job done fast and safely. My having knowledge of the use of the chemicals, cleansers and tools I am effectively able to prioritize my time and duties.
