I am an energetic young lady who is very passionate about children this is something that has always been inherent from a tender age, as i started baby sitting my siblings, cousins and neighbours` children of various ages in my early teenage hood as i come from a community that highly upholds ”the it takes a village to raise a child” philosophy in theory and practice. In addition to my child care volunteer experience and paid experience as a live in care giver, my love for children led me to join the teaching industry during my short break of awaiting my O level results. The year of teaching taught me a lot about child development in general as i experienced first hand interaction with children of different cultures, home and characters. It made me realise that each child has a unique gift from God, who have their own strength and needs and they all need to be handled with care, gentle understanding, unconditional love and patience. Due to the poor socioeconomic back ground of most of these children, some of them had low self esteem issues and therefore needed extra individual care and attention, which i provided out of humanity of love. I fervently believe the opportunity to work with any family as alive in caregiver will bring diversity and growth to my child care space and i have no doubts that i am the best candidate
