1) Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. HONESTY, punctual, reliability, adaptability planning and organizing work flow! MAIN TASKS: sweep, and mop kitchen/ bathrooms/ hallway floors vacuum clean carpets, and rugs dust and polish living rooms, dining room furnitures empty and clean trash containers dispose of trash in a sanitary manner clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers clean kitchen appliances, and dishes wipe down glass surfaces in house only (not windows) make up beds and change linens as required tidy up rooms (does not include garage or attic) will maintain organized closets clean entry and back door inside/ extiour sort, wash, load and unload laundry (does not include silk, cashmere, leather,, expensive items, or polishing shoes) sort, fold and put away clean laundry operate mechanized cleaning equipment maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements on knowledgeable and familiar items Will discuss extra fees if : errands, preparing meals, answering phone calls, purchasing groceries, caring for pets (limit 2), helping at dinner parties, house sitting, or taking or picking up children from school or activities. Traveling with family on trips out of town only to help with children depending on my personal schedule.
