Cleaning service types include: one-time clean, basic surface clean, moderate clean, deep/spring clean, move-in/move-out clean, scheduled recurring clean. Home care services include: seasonal yard clean up, organizing, house checks, running errands, food preparation, minor structural repair, blinds installation, door lock changing, packing/unpacking home and personal possessions, personal document/records filing. Cleaning service requests are generally performed by one cleaner for jobs estimating one to six hours to complete and are billed at the rate of $17/hr. For cleaning service requests estimating more than six hours to complete, additional cleaners (up to two additional cleaners) are offered as an option to the client to accommodate the request and to aim at same day completion for an additional rate of $14/hr. each. Clients seeking flat rate billing for scheduled recurring cleans have to agree to pay the normal hourly rate for the first two scheduled cleans. While servicing the first two scheduled cleans, factors involving its cleaning tasks, cleaning time, and meeting service expectations are gathered for creating a service plan that fulfills all requirements of the service request. Billing amount for a flat rate payment can be negotiated at that point and assigned upon the third scheduled recurring clean and all cleans thereafter. Any changes to the service plan made by the client may require adjustments to the flat rate fee originally agreed upon. Payment for services is due upon service completion.
