I am a mature, hard working and highly innovative, results oriented strategic planner, and team player with twenty three years of experience in premises management and Administration (Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics, ), gained through working in leading Banks, in the Non Profit sector and in Business Consulting. My responsibility was to establish the Administration Division which comprised of the Administration, Procurement, Fleet Management, Security, Premises and Projects Management Departments. The process involved compiling manuals, defining roles, writing procedures, defining objectives, writing up job descriptions and identifying and recruiting suitable personnel as per Zimbabwean Central Bank Statutory guidelines. I successfully completed this process resulting in my Division passing the Central Bank inspection which led to the granting of a Banking Licence. This professional background together with my graduation in Christian Leadership, Pastoral Studies, hands-on experience in operations and dynamic leadership and conflict resolution skills, I am confident that I can be an asset to your organization, as an employee.
