Responsibilities - Commercial cleaning, cleaning and overseeing the accounts per the specifications to include by not limited to: o Vacuuming carpets, and sweeping hard surface floors as well as mopping. o Dusting and cleaning general offices o Cleaning windows, glass and mirrors o Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, as well as restocking dispensers o Emptying trash cans and recyclables o Clean kitchens and break rooms to include appliances - Ability to read and follow directions per the specifications by the clients. - Identify and communicate safety and maintenance issues with client. - Comply with policies and procedures as specified by client and company. - Arrive on time, excellent communications skills, and ability to meet and exceed client needs. Skills - Time Management - Previous Cleaning Experience Require - English or Bilingual - 3 references or good background
