Housekeeper Job in Guanica, Puerto Rico

We are looking for someone to help clean and manage a vacation rental property near Guanica. Duties would include: - Cleaning the apartments before guest arrival (there are 3 apartments) - Managing upkeep and repairs of house and grounds - Being available to help guests if needs arise - Keeping inventory of household items, purchasing supplies, and documenting receipts/expenses - Guest interactions We stay fairly busy all year long so there is always work available. The right candidate must be able to speak Spanish and English, have their own transportation, must be very responsible, be able to work weekends, and must be able to work independently. It takes about 2 hours to clean each apartment. We are paying $30 per apartment. In addition there will be a monthly stipend paid to compensate for your time spent on property management (organizing repairs, communicating with guests, etc...) As guests satisfaction is very important to us, there will be a bonus for each 5 star review received from our guests. More opportunities available for the right person.
