Duties (at multiple properties) • All housekeeping needs • Laundry care • Errands • Animal care (occasional) • Possible overtime Applicant Must Demonstrate • Working knowledge of all aspect of housekeeping • Ability to perform physically demanding housekeeping tasks • Flexibility to work within a dynamic environment • Ability to report to work earlier and/or stay later with short notice • Strong work ethic, integrity, initiative, and discretion • Ability to operate independently and work as an integral part of a team within prescribed performance guidelines • Excellent time management skills Desired Qualifications • Three or more years of housekeeping experience • High attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Valid Driver’s License • CPR training preferred
