Housekeeper Job in Franklin, Massachusetts

I need someone to help me systematize my home and help me train my family to keep the house neat. I am not good at this. I am the one to work outside the house. My husband works at home. Neither one of us is very good at the housekeeping thing. I don't want to live like this any more. Our house is NOT filthy, but trying to maintain the clutter prevents me from doing the real cleaning on a regular basis and it is getting to be too much. I am smart, motivated, creative, kind, and EXHAUSTED! Also, my family (all men) is NOT on board. I need someone to help us make some schedules based on our family's particular issues and schedules.
