Hi my name is Tasha Thornell and Ihave been a personal assistant and housekeeper for the same families, some for over 3 years. Once I got their homes deep cleaned and in tip top shape, I go in once a month to maintain. I am looking to add a family to my list to earn more income. Generalized Services • Vacuum Carpets • Dust/Polish All Large Furniture • Clean and Polish Mirrors • Sweep and mop floors • Load Dishes in Dishwasher (will unload if you like) • Scrub showers, tubs, and sinks • Clean and disinfect toilets and surrounding area • Wipe down cabinet faces in bathroom • Sort laundry and bed linens, wash accordingly, iron and put away • Wipe down ceiling fan blades and light fixtures • Move In/Move Out Services available Weekly, Bi Weekly, 3 weeks, one time and Special Occasions Premium Services • Polish hardwood floors • Wipe down kitchen countertops and & scrub dirt & grime from cabinet faces ledges (may require additional fee depending on amount of cabinets) • Dust everything down to include what knots • Detail blinds, meaning wipe each blade individually, both mini and wood • Clean, scrub, and sanitize baseboards throughout home (allow additional time to clean) • Clean stove, oven, and microwave, and degrease oven ventilator • Polish all stainless steel appliances • Clean refrigerator inside and out (actually removing drawers) • Organize refrigerator to include dumping old foods • Clean outside windows (first floors only, second floors require additional fee and time) • Clean Inside windows and window sills • Organize garage, attic, basements and closets • Rake, weed, and clean the yard • Maintain gardens with complex watering systems • Mow the yard (during hot months, mornings only) • Clean garden furniture • Wash and detail car, truck or van (includes blinds) • Make trips to storage space (miles will be longed) Organization Projects All organizational projects have additional fees. Services can include both office and home. That means attics, garages, closets, cabinets, kitchens, setting up filing systems, you name it! My niche is making order out of chaos. Personal Assistant Services • Proficient in MS Word Suite, all office equipment, business and interpersonal communications. • Detailed and goal orientated, extremely organized, and highly effective. • Type 55 wpm, 10 key calculators by touch, and excellent written and verbal skills. • Prior experience in management, sales, and customer service.
